With all his tools, the end product made my distressed home look like a very coveted vintage property, resulting in much better offers, 4 to be exact, 2 from out of the country. I ended up with $160,000 more than what I hoped for. I will now print this review and take it to my friend Dave and buy him a steak dinner!
